Most SaaS products charge a flat monthly fee whether you use them or not. We don't. Pulse charges only for what your business actually does — so your software cost is always proportional to the value you're getting from it.
We publish our prices openly because we don't negotiate. Every customer pays the same rate. There are no enterprise discounts, no sales calls, no custom quotes — just transparent per-unit pricing that anyone can verify before signing up.

Common Questions About Pricing
Each Pulse service is metered independently. For example: if you process 400 OCR pages in a month, you're billed $100 (400 × $0.25). If you monitored 5 devices, you're billed $15 (5 × $3.00). Services you don't use don't appear on your bill.
This is a true usage-based SaaS model — there's no flat monthly platform fee sitting on your bill whether you use the software or not. Your bill grows when your business is active and shrinks when it isn't. That's by design.
One exception: Document Storage is charged monthly for as long as documents are kept in Pulse, regardless of activity. Delete stored documents to stop that charge.
If you process no documents, monitor no devices, and track no employees, your bill for those services is $0. No use equals no charge — that's the whole point of usage-based pricing.
The only exception is Document Storage: if you have documents stored in Pulse, you'll be billed $0.01/MB/month for that storage regardless of whether you processed anything that month. To avoid that charge during an inactive period, simply delete your stored documents first.
