Privacy Policy

Last updated: April 19, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how App Ads Marketing LLC ("Pulse," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects the information you provide when using the Pulse platform and related services ("Services").

We Do Not Sell Your Information

We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information or your customers' data to any third party for marketing or commercial purposes. Your data is used solely to provide and operate the Services you have subscribed to.

Information We Collect

Account information: When you create a Pulse account, we collect your name, business name, email address, and billing information. Payment details are processed directly by Stripe — we do not store your credit card number.

Service usage data: To deliver and bill for our services, we collect data generated through your use of the platform, including document processing activity, OCR and AI extraction results, device activity data, time tracking records, and asset tag events. This data is collected only as necessary to operate the services you have enabled.

Documents (if storage is enabled): If you choose to enable optional document storage, copies of documents you submit for processing are stored in your account. Document storage is not required to use OCR or AI data extraction — you may use these services without retaining any document copies in Pulse.

Technical data: We collect standard server logs, including IP addresses and browser information, for security monitoring and troubleshooting purposes.

How We Use Your Information

  • To create and manage your account
  • To provide, operate, and improve the Services
  • To process billing and payments through Stripe
  • To send service-related communications, including invoices, usage alerts, and account notifications
  • To respond to support requests
  • To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or security incidents
  • To comply with legal obligations

We do not use your data or your customers' data to train AI models, and we do not use it for any purpose beyond delivering the Services you have subscribed to.

Data Sharing and Third-Party Services

We do not share your personal information with third parties except as necessary to operate our services:

  • Stripe: Payment processing. Stripe handles all credit card data under their own privacy policy and PCI-DSS compliance program.
  • Cloud infrastructure providers: Our servers and storage run on cloud infrastructure. These providers have access to data only as needed to operate the underlying hosting services and are contractually bound to protect it.
  • Legal requirements: We may disclose information when required by law, subpoena, or court order, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Pulse, our users, or the public.

Cookies and Tracking

The Pulse platform uses session cookies to keep you logged in and maintain your account session. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or tracking pixels. If you visit our marketing website (pulseaidata.com), standard analytics may be collected to understand how visitors interact with the site.

Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encrypted storage, encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS), and access controls that limit who within our organization can access your data. While no system is perfectly secure, we take reasonable and appropriate measures to protect against unauthorized access, disclosure, or loss.

Data Retention

Account data and service usage records are retained for the duration of your active subscription and for a reasonable period afterward to satisfy billing and legal obligations. If you cancel your account, you may request deletion of your data. Documents stored in Pulse can be deleted from your account at any time — deleting stored documents also stops the associated storage billing charge.

After account cancellation, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 90 days, except where we are required by law to retain it longer.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate information in your account
  • Request deletion of your personal data
  • Export your data in a portable format
  • Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent

To exercise any of these rights, contact us through the contact page.

Children's Privacy

Pulse is a business software platform intended for use by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify active account holders by email or through a notice in the platform. Continued use of the Services after the effective date of the updated policy constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
