Pulse was built around a simple belief: businesses shouldn't have people doing work that computers can do better. Manual data entry is slow, error-prone, and expensive — and it takes skilled people away from the work where they actually add value.

We started with document automation because that's where the pain is most acute. Every accounting team, every operations manager, every field service coordinator has stacks of forms, invoices, and reports that someone has to manually process. Pulse eliminates that bottleneck with two independent automation options: OCR template extraction and AI Document Processing — each reads your documents and extracts the data automatically.

From there, we built a platform around the other operational data businesses need: how employees spend their time, whether physical assets are where they should be, and soon — an AI layer that ties all of that together.
